Mahmood Floor Follow 1

Mahmood and I had 61 -75. Our section was being held for a reservation at 9pm. Reservation was canceled around 730, so we immediately filled up for Big Band. Positives- Mahmood's very consistent with his table maintenance and helping out in other sections with prebussing. He was very concerned when Nicole Laverty's section filled up and wanted to make sure her customers were soft greeted and attended to. He feels his food knowledge is on point and would like to spend more time with bar and garnish knowledge. A big issue we had throughout the night was not sticking together as one. This created a lot of conflict and frustration. We spoke openly about it and he's well aware that in order to get through his training he needs to listen to his trainers and follow the training program. He's got a lot of experience and is super head strong, and I'm aware that this is why he strayed from me. I assured him once he's cut loose obviously he'll be free to wait with his unique style. He was apologetic and is well aware of what's expected of him for his second follow with Steven Paul. - Love , Coltraine
